What is a teeth straightening simulator?
A teeth straightening simulator, or straight teeth simulator, shows a patient their own teeth straightened from a single photo, with no impressions and no scan. As a clear aligner simulation and orthodontic smile preview, it gives patients a reason to book the consult, where treatment is actually planned.

Questions
About the straightening simulator.
Does it replace a scan?
No. It gives the patient a reason to book one. Treatment planning still starts with your records and scan at the consult.
Where does it help most?
Before the first appointment. A patient who has seen their own teeth straightened comes to the consult wanting that result, so the conversation moves on to records, a scan and the plan. It also works as a follow-up: text the link to patients who asked about aligners and never booked.
Does the patient choose a style?
No. Straightening has one setting, so there is nothing to pick: the patient takes the photo and sees their own teeth straightened about a minute later.
Does the patient need to take a photo?
Yes, one front-facing photo with teeth showing slightly, taken with the camera in the browser. The result is usually ready in about a minute.
What happens to the photo?
Patients consent before a photo is taken, it is stored privately, and it is deleted within 30 days at most. The security page has the full detail for your legal team.
Can we call the treatment something else?
Yes. The offer card uses your name for the treatment, up to 80 characters, with your price and any discount you are running.
Where can patients use it?
On your website, on a waiting-room tablet, or from a link you text them. Every try-on reports into the same dashboard.
