How much does the smile simulator cost?

$400 per location per month, billed monthly. No onboarding fee, no implementation charge and no annual contract. A group is one contract across every location.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Three test simulations, free, on your own patient photos, with no card required.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. It runs month to month and you can cancel any time.

Is there an onboarding fee?

No. Setup is automated, so there is nothing to bill for.

Do we need a developer?

Only someone who can paste a snippet into a page. If your website is managed by an agency, forward them one line.

What happens to patient photos?

Patients consent before a photo is taken, it is stored privately, and it is deleted within 30 days at most. The security page has the full detail for your legal team.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

No. It is $400 per location per month, month to month. We would rather you stay because it works than because you prepaid.

Do groups get a discount?

Yes. The more locations you bring, the lower the price per location. Tell us about your group and we’ll quote it.

Can we add locations later?

Yes, from the same dashboard and the same contract. That is what the Group plan is for.

Will this replace our website or CRM?

Neither. It sits alongside both, which is why a newly acquired practice can go live without a migration.
